This cable is designed to be used as the starting point in an installation using the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro which gives you access to USB 3.0 SuperSpeed peripherals at long distances. Up to three of these cables from this range of products can be connected to create a USB 3.0 connection spanning up to 40m. A USB hub can be provided as the final segment by connecting a Lindy 10m USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro 4 Port Hub allowing multiple devices to be connected. The 15m USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable Pro is powered by your computers USB interface and includes a separate USB power cable which can be connected to provide additional power when used in conjunction with USB peripherals with high power requirements or when multiple cables are cascaded together.
